Just wanted to let you know that you’re now on the 1-on-1 Coaching wait list. I only take on 20 clients at a time to ensure everyone gets the individual help they need.
Every 1-2 weeks (sometimes longer) a spot or two becomes available for a new client. When that happens I send out an email to everyone on the wait list.
If you want that spot I recommend you act fast, as spots usually get filled within 24 hours.
The 1-on-1 program is the only way I create custom meal plans, macros, and workout programs for people. In addition to the unlimited consulting, I also check in with you once per week to adjust your nutrition and exercise to ensure you continue to make progress.
