    I may be missing them but are there nutritional info for these recipes?
    Also, can the “lose 10 lbs in a month” plan still be effective with substitutions for some ingredients?
    I have UC that limits my intake of dairy, nuts and high fiber veggies. Tips or substitutions?
    Any help is greatly appreciated.

      Hi Tina, if there are nutritional info, they would be on the pages that the recipes are linked to. Otherwise, with a little work, you can figure it out by looking at the ingredients in each recipe. All the info is there for you to figure it out yourself.

      Yes, that plan can still be used with substitutions. Not sure exactly what you can’t eat, but there are other foods such as grains, beans, potatoes, fruit, etc
