Yesterday I opened up enrollment into the 1-on-1 coaching program and many of you became new clients. It’s always exciting to meet and work with people who have a passion for changing their lives.
But when I sent out the email letting people know they can sign up and start their weight loss journey I received dozens of emails back with one very common theme – people don’t believe in themselves.
